I’m watching The Hard Times of RJ Berger. It’s okay. Weird. Not bad.

My arms are fatty. And my stomach is flubby. And my thighs could be smaller so as to fit into more pairs of jeans. My calves are good. My boobs are delightful, but bra-fitting would be nicer if they would get a little bit smaller. My stomach just needs to flatten back out a bit. Or a lot. I have killer awesome abs, I just have this horrible layer of fat over the top.

Some days I don’t like myself at all, but most days I feel okay with myself. I just really need to be healthier. My joints can’t handle this extra weight.

Gotta sleep so that I am totally rested for my light workout in the morning. 20 minutes on the elliptical at as high an intensity I can handle.
